I work with a laid back yet straight forward approach. I often incorporate Mindfulness, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, and Insight Oriented Therapy techniques. With attention to any history of trauma and how it has affected you, together we can learn how to best move forward to gain insight and learn skills to enhance internal wellness and self-fulfillment.
